Who we are

Niyukti is a job portal where employers post openings, candidates apply with a complete profile and CV, and an admin team verifies both sides before anything goes live. The name "Niyukti" means appointment or recruitment — the moment a candidate's search and an employer's need meet.

What we're building

Most job boards let anyone post anything. Niyukti takes a slower, more deliberate approach: every employer account is verified, every job listing is reviewed before it's published, and every application is tracked against a transparent, pay-per-application wallet system. It's a smaller amount of friction in exchange for a platform both sides can trust.

How the platform works

• Employers sign up and log in with an email OTP, get verified by our admin team, receive a welcome email, and can then post jobs — each one reviewed by admin before publishing.
• Candidates sign up and log in with an email OTP, receive an automatic welcome email, complete their profile and upload a CV, and apply to any verified job listing directly from their dashboard.
• Admin oversees every employer, candidate, and job post from one dashboard — managing wallet balances and setting the per-application fee charged to employers.

Our approach to pricing

Instead of a flat subscription, employers top up a wallet and a small fee — set by admin, typically between ₹1 and ₹50 — is deducted each time a candidate applies. Until an employer's wallet has enough balance, only the candidate's name is visible; the rest of the profile and CV unlock once the balance is topped up. It keeps costs predictable and tied directly to real applications.
