• Employer information: company or hiring details provided during sign-up and admin verification.
• Job and application data: job posts, applications submitted, and related wallet/transaction records.
• Technical data: basic usage information such as browser type and access logs, used to keep the platform secure.

2. How we use your information

• To verify your identity via email OTP and manage your account.
• To send welcome emails and other account-related communication from info@niyukti.uno.
• To display candidate profiles and CVs to employers when a candidate applies to their job listing, subject to wallet balance rules.
• To operate the wallet and per-application fee system, including recording top-ups and deductions.
• To allow the admin team to verify employers, review job posts, and maintain the integrity of the platform.

3. When candidate details are shared

When you apply for a job, your name is always visible to the employer. Your full profile and CV become visible to that employer only once their wallet has sufficient balance to cover the applicable per-application fee. We do not sell or share your CV or profile with any party outside the employer you applied to.

4. Data storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls on the admin panel and secure storage of uploaded CV files. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we encourage you to keep your account credentials confidential.

5. Data retention

We retain your account, profile, and application data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Your choices

• You can update your candidate profile and CV at any time from your dashboard.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing help@niyukti.uno.
• Employers can manage their wallet and posted jobs directly from the employer panel.

7. Cookies

We use limited cookies or similar technologies necessary to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

8. Children's privacy

Niyukti is intended for use by individuals who are legally eligible to work. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
